Terms & Conditions for Room Reservations
* So as to enjoy the above special room rates, please mentioned that they are coming for the “2009 Stanley Dragon Boat Championships” or “Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Championships” upon making their reservations.
* Due to high season, kindly make your initial room reservation (with period of stay and number of rooms required) directly with Caritas Oswald Cheung International House by the end of March 2009. Amendment of reservation can be accepted beyond that.
* A guarantee deposit equivalent to 50% of the total room rental charges have to be received by the Lodge one month prior to the confirmed date of arrival, and the balance of the total room rental have to be settled 7 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival.
* Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to the group’s schedule arrival, total room charge will be charged as penalty.
* All room reservation is on first come first basis.
