(回歸盃 Reunification Cup)
Responding to increasing support and rising
paddler population, The Stanley Residents Assn has
endeavoured to organize more regular competitions in the year, on top of the
yearly Tuen Ng
Festival championships in June.
The captioned event will be in her 8th year
and has gain reputation among dragon boaters of different levels
and, as usual, will be staged
2 weeks after Tuen Ng Festival, at
Stanley Main Beach. Please return the entry form promptly by mail
with a cheque for the entry fee of HK$2500 ASAP.( Not later than 15
June ) With a good turn-out last year, another record
as well as large number of
cross-district elite entries are expected.
You are advised to submit the form at your earliest convenience.
Teams do NOT need any formal invitation letter
from the organizer. After 2 years of the
staging successfully the "HKU Invitational Races" on the day, we
decide to expand it to become an official category for all
Post-secondary institutions [

龍舟比賽近年發展迅速，本區賽事亦日漸壯大，本賽會徇眾要求，除端午正日龍舟競度及展開全年訓練之外，再次在赤柱正灘加辦更多定期賽事。本短途賽已昂然進入第八屆，也成為香港龍舟界全年重要比賽日程之一。一如以往，本賽事將於端午後兩星期於赤柱正灘舉行
。今年再創新猶，經過兩年成功試辦港大邀請賽，今年正式擴充成為「大專組」[

]，希望能再帶動潮流。歡迎各院校報名。
07年本比賽曾得政務處要求易名為「回歸盃香港短途賽」，
今年也在回歸紀念日前兩星期多上演。預計到時跨區參賽好手雲集，隊伍將再創新高。欲免向隅，懇請提早辦理，盡快下載報名表格及信件，填好並聯同報名費HK$2500以劃線支票寄交本會。
有意參賽者不必收到本會邀請函，只需自行下載資料包寄回辦理即可。
