謹送上最新參賽文件及消息供貴隊參考及填寫：

1. 至4月23日止，共有29隊報名(22男7女)。
    
2. 請填妥及簽署"全隊名單確認書及聲明書"並於賽前至少三日「以平郵或傳真遞交」本會秘書處。亦請參閱最新"比賽附例"文件，內裡己附賽制安排(普級規定) 。欲看參賽隊總表請參閱首輪排位表。
    
3. 得香港龍舟協會答允派出裁判團，特此鳴謝。
    
4. 當天早上出賽前請派代表到「詢問處」領取「比賽埸刊」多份 (免費) 。
    
5. 主辦單位已租用赤柱廣場之「閑情坊」供各隊休息。 嘉賓及頒獎台則搭建在閑情坊後面近迴旋處臨海位置。賽賽亦會將在海濱設有臨時水喉供沖身用，但不可用?液或洗髮液之類物品。否則貴隊可選擇步行十分鐘往赤柱正灘享用泳客花灑及更衣室。
    
6. 因參賽隊大多熟識本區賽制，故大會徇眾要求今年嘗試不設賽前領隊會議，本函內容己能解答大部分常見疑問。當天派發之場刊亦是有用資訊來源，敬請細閣。如有其他問題，歡迎與秘書處聯絡。祝貴隊成績美滿。此致

Dear Participants and friends

Sending in this mail is information to keep you updated and some documents for you to pay attention to and sign back.

1. Up to 23 April, 29 teams has confirmed entry ( 22 Men's teams + 7 Ladies' teams) .
    
2. Please fill in the "Final Team List and Team Confirmation Form" and return it to the Secretariat "by Fax or by post" at least 3 days before the Racing. Please also read the document for Race "By-laws" in which race format is included. To view the full lists of participating teams, please refer to the Draw sheets for 1st round races.
    
3. The organizer would like to thank HKDBA who has agreed to take up the Judge Panel for this Event.
    
4. Please send a representative to claim the "Race Souvenir Programme" (Brochure) at the "Information Counter" before your team start the first event. ( free, multiple copies)
    
5. The Organizer has booked the "Village Square" for teams to rest and station, while the Prize Presentation /VIP Stand will be built behind it overlooking the sea. The Organiser will install a temporary fresh water hose for quick shower. However, no soup, hand wash liquid or shampoo, etc, is allowed. Alternatively, you team may also opt for the proper shower and changing room facilities at Stanley Main Beach (10-minute walk from Village Square).
    
6. Due to the fact that most teams are very familiar with the race format in this district, the Organizer has decided to skip the Team Managers Meeting ( a trial recommended by some teams). We believe this mail will answer most frequently asked questions. So we request your kind attention to read this letter and the attachments carefully. Please be reminded that the "Race Souvenir Programme" (Brochure) is also a good source of information. Please feel free to contact us for further questions.
